At JC Gold Jewelers, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer in-store exchange for eligible items.

Returns are not accepted. In-store exchange is available for items that are in their original condition, with original packaging and receipts within 14 days of purchase. Custom-made, special order, and sale items are not eligible for in-store exchange.

To initiate an in-store exchange, please bring the item(s) in question, along with the original receipt, to our store location. Our team will review the item(s) and determine if they are eligible for in-store exchange.
