  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.
  • Delivery times for standard shipping are typically 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options may have shorter delivery times.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.
  1. Signature Required:
  • All shipments from JC Gold Jewelers will require a signature upon delivery. This is for your protection, as well as ours, to ensure that your order is received by the intended recipient.
  1. Package Tracking:
  • You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date on the carrier's website.
  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
  • If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if necessary, initiate a claim. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
